Workplace Safety
Training, inspections, incident reporting, and corrective actions support safety across manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and logistics.
We are developing environmental and social considerations in supplier selection, engagement, and monitoring, alongside legal and contractual requirements.

Our development priorities include recycling guidance, battery stewardship, eco-design, and better product-lifecycle information on materials and packaging.

Our Code of Conduct addresses equal opportunity, discrimination, harassment, child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking.

Onboarding and training cover compliance, workplace conduct, and health and safety. We are developing further initiatives for ESG awareness, skills, and career development.

We promote fair treatment across recruitment, advancement, pay, and benefits, while working to strengthen leadership development and women’s representation.

Initiatives

Energy and Emissions
We track Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions and energy use across major facilities. We are developing our ability to measure relevant Scope 3 emissions across the wider value chain.

We work with retailers and suppliers on emissions measurement, reporting, and reduction planning. These efforts support the development of a more comprehensive decarbonization strategy.

We recycle scrap metals, work with qualified waste-management providers, and are transitioning selected packaging components toward recyclable and responsibly sourced materials.

We support applicable producer-responsibility and recycling requirements through packaging-data reporting, registration, and coordination with stewardship organizations.

We monitor water use and identify opportunities to improve material and resource efficiency across manufacturing locations.

Climate-related risk and opportunity assessments help inform long-term planning and business continuity.
